Sports Massage Therapy is a type of massage therapy that can assist the recovery process of an injury, it is used to improve the flow of fluids, for example blood to an area of issue, stretch soft tissues to assist with mobility, as well as improve the healing process of damaged tissue, and separate connective tissue that have stuck together forming what we call an adhesion in the tissue (more commonly known as a lump or bump under the skin), which impacts movement and flexibility.

It can also be used pre and post events, to warm up the muscles and invigorate them ready for the event you are about to take part in, or to help the muscles recover quicker after your event has taken place.
We can also provide inter and intra-event massage to support sports personnel, musicians etc, during an event.
